If an item you ordered from AuthenticFoot.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it either to a store or by mail within 7 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.

Returns Guidelines by Department

All merchandise purchased from AuthenticFoot.com may be returned either to a store or by mail within 7 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES

• All apparel, shoes and accessories items: 7 days with receipt and merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original pack list/invoice.


To Return an Item to us

• Take the item, invoice and all original packaging and accessories to Customer Service here.


Exchanges

To exchange an item by mail, fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.
The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail. If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method when we receive the item.


A Tracking number will be provided once your transaction is complete.

Shipping times, below, apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.


Shipping Costs

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping to a Different Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
